Saving stuff in the attic or basement for decades seems to be everyone’s unofficial pastime. If the attic gets full, not to worry, because the garage is always the next handy place to put stuff. Instead of eating snack foods that contain too much sugar and/or fat, try eating plain, no fat yogurt. Add some of your own fruit for taste if desired. However, the yogurt itself is not the only good reason to buy this product. All yogurts come packaged in nice, neat containers (some with reusable lids) that can be used for a variety of things around the house.
