Sleep is great. It is something that we get to do every day, it is cheap, and it is easy. It is wise to get between six and eight hours of shut-eye each day and, as many prominent figures in history have written, a few naps during the day are wonderful.

We aren’t fed up enough yet to really do something about the lack of a health care system in this dysfunctional society. The situation is getting worse and there is no way to fix it unless we go back to better times and procedures. Then the criminals who are stealing our money in the name of health care will have to get reals jobs.
